  1. Rules and Regulations are solely meant to safeguard the welfare of students.

  2. Trainees are to be in the Institute in time with full Uniform of Light blue shirt & Navy Blue Pant.

  3. An advance written application from trainee should be submitted to the Principal for any kind of leave also signed by the Parent/Guardian through concerned Instructor.

  4. If the trainee is absent from the class in the monthly test without any information he/she will not be allowed to appear in Final exam and will be deemed to have failed at the final Test or exam.

  5. Trainee should not enter in any other class without permission of the concerned Instructor or Principal.

  6. In case of damage to furniture, equipment and other property of the Institute, Cost will be charged from the trainee/trainees responsible for it

  7. All the trainees are expected to keep their classrooms neat, clean and in order.

  8. Tools and instruments/equipments are to be cleaned and kept in proper places.

  9. Smoking/ Gutkha/ Chewing Tobacco and sue of alcoholic are strictly prohibited in the Institute.

  10. Trainee who has been unreasonably absent or late in class or practical will not be allowed to enter in the class/workshop without the Principal's permission.

  11. Disciplinary action will be taken against trainee such as:- habitual late comer/Laziness in the class/workshop, absence without permission, irregular attendance and after repeated warnings, failure to respond promptly to official notice, disobedience, objectionable conduct in the Institute, habitual tardiness and 05 (Five) Days of absence without sufficient reasons will also be liable for disciplinary action.

  12. Institute is Not Responsible for any accident or injury sustained during the training period due to carelessness or over confidence of the trainee/trainees also for the loss of books, money, instruments, tools, cloths and other articles. The trainees must take care of their own things/belongingness.

  13. Matters not covered by the existing rules will rest at the discretion of the Principal/Management of this Institute to take disciplinary action. Jurisdiction of any Legal matter will be dealt at District Ghaziabad (U.P.) only.

  14. Institute reserve the right to alter/cancel any/all courses without any assigning any reason or notice.

  15. Any Trainee who does not maintain 80% Attendance & does not clear fees/charges dues on him as on 30th June will not be eligible to appear in A.I.T.T. for C.T.S. under the aegis of NCVT.

Trade Test in the Engineering Trades: The All India Trade Test is being conducted by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) in the following five subjects.

  1. Practical Including sessional work.

  2. Trade Theory including sessional work.

  3. Workshop calculation and science including sessional work.

  4. Engineering Drawing Including sessional work.

  5. Social Studies

The total marks and the minimum marks required to pass different subjects in the trade test will be as follows:-

Social Studies





  1. Trainee who do not keep up to the requisite 80% of Attendance will not eligible to appear in Al! India Trade Test (CTS)/Exam under the Control of N.C.V.T. D.G.E.& T. Ministry of Labor & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.

  2. For a pass, a trainee has to secure 40% exclusive in theoretical subjects and also 40% on the Total marks, i.e. the aggregate of theoretical subjects and sessional.

  3. In practical a trainee should secure 60% marks in practical test & also in the sessional.

  4. Five additional chances may be given to a failed candidate within a period of three years to Pass the final Trade Test for the award of National Trade Test Certificate.
